Here are some general points about your booking

On making a booking we require a £100 deposit to secure the cottage. The balance should be paid no later than 4 weeks before the booking start date.  Should you be taking advantage of a last minute booking within the 4 weeks proceeding the start of your holiday, then the total is payable. The deposit is non refundable, the balance however is if we can find another let for that week. Check in time is after 4pm on the day of arrival, and we ask the cottage is vacated by 10:00am on the morning of departure. All breakages must be paid for. Aros Beag has been designed with couples in mind and as such it is not suitable for the accommodation of more than two, however we will accept couples with a baby. We can provide a cot if required. Towels and all linen is provided and all energy costs are included. On arrival at Aros Beag ( as well as Diane and Jim ) you will find a welcome basket which will include some consumable extras we have chosen and sourced locally. You will also find a selection of board games and DVDs for your entertainment. Please feel free to bring with you an ipod or a laptop/mobile device to connect to the internet or the house music system. The TV is run on a non subscription satelite service so only free to air channels are available. Aros Beag is fully non smoking. No pets are allowed in the cottage.
