Strathfillan is said to be 'in the middle of nowhere but at the centre of everything' We are roughly an hour from Oban, Stirling, Fort William, Helensburgh, Dunoun and Perth. Glasgow airport is 1.5 hours and Edinburgh slightly less. All of the southern Highlands are within easy reach of us so we are ideally located for hill walking, kayaking, general touring, mountain biking etc. The Cottage itself is set in a beautiful spot in the gardens of the Old Manse right on the River Fillan. The access is the old A82, now bypassed. The map below is fully interactive so use you mouse to see what's about, just click and drag you can also use the mouse wheel to scroll in and out.
